Unfair practice

I worked for a company in Randfontein which has unfair practice towards its employee,s be it black or white if the employee especially the blacks if they do not want to work on the weekend they are victimised and fired for no reason other than getting back at them i worked for this company and i know of all the ways they get the employee fired even it means to trump up charges they even tax a employee who earns a salary of R1500 per month by putting other deductions on his payslip or deduct money from there salary if they are sick
